Remembrance ~ Song Fiction [Alternate Storyline]
To The Tune of Panic! At the Disco’s Time to DanceWell, she's not bleeding on the ballroom floor
Just for the attention,
Cause that's just ridiculously odd.
Well, she sure is going to get it.Dante sat crying over Gavin’s limp body, his tears drenching the jacket he was wearing. Help he cried, the words echoing continually through the forest, almost as if he wasn’t screaming at all. Dante began to convulse as more blood began to leak out of the wound inflicted to his lover. ‘Don’t die on me, you’re a werewolf! YOU CAN TAKE THIS!’ He said sobbing hopelessly. The sun began to set over the two, almost like in a movie. The fear of the dark wouldn’t consume Dante, especially not when his lover was dead and the anger flowed through his blood – Little did Dante know, but Gavin was merely passed out, a small (and overdramatic) bit of information no one looked over.

Here's the setting
Fashion magazines line the walls now
The walls line the bullet holes.Dante sat shaking underneath a large tree as he stared blankly ahead at the two forces now trying to kill each other to express their ownership over one thing – him. He sat in dismay as each clash sounded like a boulder thrown against a cliff, each hit tearing off a piece of his heart. A howl of pain, a screech or two as well, despite the obvious pain the two continued to fight; despite the begs and pleas coming from the one whom they were fighting over, the blood continued to spill. Dante knew deep in his heart that he had to lose someone, but did he want to hear it? No, no he didn’t.
Have some composure
And where is your posture?
Oh, no, no!
You're pulling the trigger
Pulling the trigger
All wrong [Repeat]“Come now, you filthy leech.” Gavin demanded, his voice lacking the obvious pain.
“You’re hardly worth my time, mutt.” He returned, lunging at him.
“Stop!” Dante continued to plea to no avail, the two were both determined to win, even if it meant that Dante would lose himself – no one can watch as their precious ones are fighting. Dante snapped as soon as the blood finally reached him, splattering all over his clothing and face, mixing in with the tears that were falling without his permission.
Give me envy, give me malice, give me your attention
Give me envy, give me malice, baby, give me a break!
When I say "Shotgun", you say "Wedding"

Earlier that day:
“Dante, promise me something.” Gavin asked softly. Dante looked up, a little mad that Gavin had interrupted his cuddling.
“Yeah?” Dante asked yawning as he wrapped his arms around the taller boy.
“If I die, please don’t grieve for too long. If Luna blames you for anything, please, please, don’t get mad at her.” He said his tone too stern, too strict – Dante didn’t like where this was going.
“Wh…” Dante managed before Gavin stepped in.
“Just promise me this!” Gavin shouted, scaring the smaller boy into saying ‘Yes’ almost immediately. Gavin sighed slightly, pulling the smaller boy into his arms tighter.
“Gavin…I love you…” Dante muttered softly, falling asleep almost immediately.
“I’m sorry…I don’t want it to end this way.” Gavin managed as he kissed Dante one last time as he exited the room.
She didn't choose this role
But she'll play it and make it sincere
So you cry, you cry
(Give me a break)After waking up from his nap he found Luna standing at the door to the room, looking at him worried – the pain and suffering in her expression.
“Luna…,” Dante began. “What’s wrong?”
Luna took a minute to decide whether or not to break her promise to her older brother. “Dante, Gavin’s not coming back…”
“Don’t say that…” Dante muttered the hysteria clear in his voice. Luna turned away – it was true. “Where did he go?” The command clear in his voice, Luna motioned for him to follow, mentioning something about dropping him off.
But they believe it from the tears
And the teeth right down to the blood at her feet.
Boys will be boys
Hiding in estrogen and wearing Aubergine dreams
(Give me a break)Dante jumped off the bike well it was still moving, Luna turning around to speak with him. “Dante, please don’t do anything that will Hurt Gavin or yourself.” She said clearly, driving off back down the highway.
“I don’t care what happens…” Dante muttered as he ran into the dark forest, the low pitched sounds of conversation clear in his ears. Upon arriving in the clearing he found the two boys a clear distance apart, talking.
“I want Dante, he will be mine.” Artemis said nonchalantly.
“He’s better suited for me; I don’t want to continue this.” Gavin ended the conversation as he turned to face the exit. Dante caught his eyes.
“I told you to stay home.” Gavin said the fear and annoyance in his eyes.
“Can you really stay with someone you can’t trust?” Artemis asked, his fist slamming into Gavin’s face, sending him flying at Dante.
Have some composure
And where is your posture?
Oh, no, no!
You're pulling the trigger
Pulling the trigger
All wrong [Repeat]Gavin lay on his side, his breathing getting shallow; Dante rushed to his side, trying to get him to stand up. “Gavin! WAKE UP!” He shouted the older teen starting to stir again. “Artemis, listen well. I will never return your love. My love is here, right here, in my arms, and no force in this world will change that.”
“Well then, this only leaves me perceptible that I kill your mutt.”
Come on this is screaming "Photo op."
Come on, Come on
This is screaming, this is screaming, this is screaming "Photo op."“Dante, please leave.” Gavin said as he began to phase into his wolf form, the midnight black fur startling Dante. A low growl erupted from Gavin as he lunged at Artemis, his teeth sinking into his shoulder. Dante shuttered as the two began to exchange the blows, continuously screeching and growling.
Boys will be boys, baby, Boys will be boys
Boys will be boys, baby, Boys will be boysLuna suddenly appeared beside Dante, crouching next to him. “Dante, we should go.”
“I’m not leaving without Gavin!” He shouted stubbornly.
“You can’t stop something that you never started.” She said sternly.
“I did start it, Luna. This fight was always about me!” He began to sob uncontrollably in her arms.
“Boys will be boys, honey. You can’t change that fact.”
Give me envy, give me malice, give me your attention
Give me envy, give me malice, baby, give me a break!
When I say "Shotgun", you say "Wedding"
"Shotgun", "Wedding", "Shotgun", "Wedding"Gavin lay dying, right in front of Dante and Luna, the two mortified beyond any thing words could comprehend. Dante started to convulse in Luna’s arms, makinf the girl only hold on to him tighter.
“Now we could be together for the rest of eternity.” Artemis said softly, smiling as he wiped the blood from his face. Dante growled at him, a clear warning to stay the fuck away from him.
Boys will be boys, Hiding in estrogen and boys will be boys.
Boys will be boys, Hiding in estrogen and wearing Aubergine dreams.Dante shook his head slightly, laughing hollowly at the man standing above him. “I won’t ever love you, and for what you just did, you must be an idiot.” He said coolly. “I can’t love a murderer; it’s just something moral restricts.”
“You’ll come around, there’s nothing else you can do.” Artemis said dryly exiting the clearing, almost retreating.
“Dante.” Luna said wiping the silent tears on her cheek away silently.
“It’s okay Luna…can I just be with him…?” Dante asked softly, Luna left quietly as Dante walked over to where Gavin lay dying. “Gavin…”
“Don’t worry about me, silly.” Gavin coughed, the blood flying everywhere. Dante didn’t mind, it was hard for him to stay. “I would have asked you to marry me, in a few years…but I won’t quite get that chance…” He murmured. “Take the box in my…left…pocket.” Gavin said passing out, although Dante thought he was dying.’
