The Beginning

Aaron heard his name. Speeka was still no where to be seen to he headed off towards his team. He glared around at them all before muttering, "We didn't get lost. Spee disappeared and I can't find her. She's probably spying on the other people." He said it casually as if it was perfectly normal. Speeka never thought of anything as cheating. She thought of it as "taking an advantage that's staring you right in the face that the other people are too stupid to notice." She said that a lot and it got quite annoying. Aaron was starting to adopt her way of thinking after years of hanging around her.

[GIR]

"Oh yeah. Those were cool names..." She trailed off and her eyes widened as the mountain of candy appeared. "Where did you get this?" Noodles asked, astonished.

[NiaZen]

ooc: may I get a quick summary?!

"Oh, uh, sorry about that. Anyways... howsabout ...uh... OH! I know! Shadowdragon! Or... even better, Shadowwolves! Or Shadowwolf..." Mayvori replied, as random names popped into her mind.

Kuro thought for a while. "Really I Don't Have A Clue"

"Oh, I just went to random houses until I collected enough. It really doesn't take that long when you can teleport. Luckily, Za-Za's protections over the maze still allow us to teleport out... just not you guys." She waved excitedly at Aaron. "Welcome to our group! Would you like some candy?"

Ennui sighed, scratching his head. "You and Darkstar both seem to like shadows a lot. And creatures."

[Icefire]

"Yep, I like shadows!" Mayvori cried with excitment. She could barily wait until the race would start. "And I like darkness a bit more than shadows, though shadows are nice." Darkstar replied to both Ennui and Mayvori.

ooc: I already know that....wah, fine, I need to know what has happened with Chagrin and the others in her team, so I can catch up. too lazy to read 3 pages.

((Wow…I’ve got a lot to catch up on don’t I. Well here it goes.))

“Kaiser your going to be late.” yelled Alyx as she watched him run about the room franticly.
“I know but I can’t find my ring.” he said walking over to his dresser and shoving the papers out of the way.

“Wait which ring, not your wedding ring I hope.” she said giving him a look.
“No of course not. It’s the other one” he stated kneeling to the floor and looking under the bed.
“Oh that ring…it’s on the desk. You put it there last night remember?” she said as he walked overt picking up the ring and gave her a quick kiss.
“I don’t know what I would do without you.”
“I know Kaiser. But are you sure you want to go through with it?” she asked him as he turned around.
“Yes… this is the best way. Don’t worry I’ll be fine.” he said going into a swinging motion with his left arm. There was a click as the blade appeared in his hand. The keychain dangled from the hilt as gripped it tightly and shoved it into the invisible lock.
There was a screech as a door appeared. Its oaken panels stuck out with the white wash walls behind it. It clicked open slowly as the gears turned over and he put the blade away. The keychain taking it’s place on his belt with the other.
He turned around again quickly giving her one last hug before he set off and the door shut behind him.
Alyx stood there for a moment as she looked down at the ground. It wasn’t him she was worried about, it was his heart. He was reverting back to his old self again…the person he was with Maleficent.

The door clicked behind him as he looked about the open expanse of space much vaster then he had expected. He reached into his pocked putting on his sunglasses thus concealing his eyes from view as he listened to the voice giving directions.
He had just barely gotten here on time and by the looks of it everyone else had gotten here before him. He glanced over at the orange tabby cat before walking over and introducing himself. He didn’t say sorry for being late, it was his falut after all besides it didn’t look like they had done anything productive.
He listened to each of them for a moment and nodded before compiling all the titles into a simple name.
“How about the Dark Striders?” he asked glancing them all over again. They looked like a bunch of please don’t tell me that he was going to be teamed up with a bunch of kids he ran a hand through his goatee. This was going to be a long haul.



Grey-Green eyes silently watched as the girl they belonged to listened in on the conversation. She had been next to thoes two… Dragnia and Talon the entire time ad they still had not noticed her.
Her eyes appeared to be floating in midair. They didn’t need to need her, or know her for that matter.
So she listened in on there conversation. It wasn’t a good one truth be told. They were just ignorant and stupid. They were going to lead to her downfall in the end she was sure of it.
The air around them grew dense as she stopped masking that poisons aura of hers. She began to become visible again. The white jacket fluttered for a moment as she crossed her arms lowering herself to the ground.
“Why must we bother with the trivial thing of giving ourselves a name? It’s a complete waste of time. Thought I don’t care what our name is just as long as it’s not outrageously stupid.” she said materializing a bowl of rice into her lap. She removed the chopsticks from the bowl and snapped them apart enjoying her rice with a satisfactory look on her face.

[Athie]

"That's a good name!" Kuro squealed

[Icefire]

"Yeah... its okay." Darkstar yawned. "So why dont we just choose one and get on with it? I think it's pretty good." Mayvori said cheerfully.

[Athie]

"I agree" Kuro muttered

bic: Talon and Dragnia sat down, and stared at the others. (writers block!!!!!!'cuse I don't know what's happening....)

"I like Dark Riders better." Muttered Darkstar. Mayvori half way nodded, and just sat there bored.

"Fine"
