Speeka's eyes widened with curiosity. "Well. Good luck my friend."
"What do mean good luck? We're getting through this. You wont have a scratch on you." He said with a grin.
Spee stared at him, slightly worried. "You wont have a scratch on you." Did he mean something by that? What about him. "And neither will you." She added and they both started towards the door.

Azrael stared at Nia for a moment. “Where I come from people get killed for that sort of behavior. I suggest you watch your tongue.” she said re appearing to there left laying sideways in midair.
“Well I suppose this would be our cue to leave this place then wouldn’t it?” she said in her monotone voice. She had always been like this...after all she was the one born without emotions.

Riven gleed((is that a word?)) and started to hop from one foot to the other over to the entrance. Just before she had stepped in, she spun around in a circle with a lopsided grin plastered onto her face. "LAST ONE IN ISA ROTTEN EGG!!" She yelled loud enough for everyone to hear, then bounded into the door's darkness.

Wasi cartwheeled towards the door, disappearing when she was upside-down and reappearing in the doorway, where she finished her cartwheel. "Let's go, let's go!" she said, cartwheeling again until she slammed into a wall with a loud crash. However, the wall simply crumbled, leaving in its place a shining portal. "Once more unto the breach, dear friends!"

Speeka pushed him through it. "Ha. Bet it's even shinyer inside." She cocked her head and began inspecting it herself. "I don't know if we can trust it Aaron."
"Why not? There's nothing wrong with it." He walked up beside her and looked at it himself.

"It's just a wall," said Wasi, shrugging. hen she turned to Speeka and Aaron. "It's too late to back out now," she said, indicating the door, which had closed quietly behind them. "Either you go through into the maze, or you wait here until you die. I'm sure your bones will really set the mood for the next group!" she said, her manner still joyeous as if everything was happy.

"No, let's just wait here for all eternity," said Chagrin, her voice heavy with sarcasm. "Of course you should go! Why else would I have opened the stupid door for you? There's nothing left to do here, let's go already." She cast a glance straight up. She could just barely spot the small outcropping of rock high up on the wall. I'm his eyes on this team, she thought to herself. And he will know only what I report to him. As long as Wasi doesn't interfere, or these buffoons. She glanced angrily at the rest of the group again.

Azrael was already long gone. Thoes idiots were all so annoying. Especially the one who called herself Nia. She pulled out the rifle from the holster snapping the shot barrel onto the frame. ~I should eat them. I wonder if they taste good with rice?~ she thought snapping on the auto-reload and attaching the frame. She pulled back on the lever sending a bullet into the chamber.
~This is way to easy...I wonder when they’ll realize that I’m gone?~ she thought with a laugh.

(Well, she's kind of supposed to be. They're all supposed to fit their names... except Bane doesn't, really. And Ennui's so-so. Chagrin's is easy, with the team she has! :  "After you," said Chagrin snidely, gesturing towards the door. If only it was on the other side of the cave. She was the one with a purpose, why did she have to get stuck with these idiots? Unless... no, he couldn't know. He never set foot in his own maze, he had them for that. So he couldn't know of anything that happened in there unless one of them told him. And she had made sure that only she knew. Bane would just have to find out on her own. |
