Ok, I've got a new roleplay and scince Ray has been burning in my thoughts now-a-days...I've decided to actually maybe introduce this roleplay on here, but I've actually expanded on a few things for this roleplay as it has been burning inside my head...

There is an unknown lab that has been performing tests on pokemon using their DNA. It isn't Team Rocket, Team Galactic, Team Magma, or even Team Aqua, but one that has been secret throught the years, that has been running before any of the other teams have ever even started. The lab's name you asked?
Torcatatian (tork-ah-taaht-ee-aahn)- A name of an ancient language, meaning Only Beginnings. Their secrecy had been conatined for ages, as they researched with DNA of the legendaries, but they began with the DNA of the regular pokemon, trying as hard as they could to produce the first and perfect clone. A laboratory in which specifies in the research of cloning, until one day they sucessfully cloned a simply vulpix. This Vulpix had a 'birthmark,' the scientists called it, which would make it out of the rest of the pokemon. The 'birthmark' was around it's neck, a black mark, but that was the last they saw of the vulpix, for it had managed to run away.

A while later the lab began to expriment on contained samples of Legendary DNA, and the first one they began to experiment with...Rayquaza. They had a Legendary Rayquaza scale, and from it decided to extract some DNA from it. Then a few months later, the first Rayquaza clone had been made, but there was sometihing different about it. It had been genetically modifed to create it to be immune to everything except for Electricity, for reasons later explained. He was born in a petri dish...
The sceientists were so happy, but they knew something was missing, they had to make this pokemon different and couldn't be like any others. They had also genetically modified it to be a unique color, not like the said shiny Rayquza or even the other pokemon, but it was different, it was to be born the colors of Gold, Navy Blue, Violet, and Neon Green, colors usually not found in a regular pokemon, all together that is...but there was one more thing that they added, one more thing that made this creation, this clone, priceless...

He was finished, the scientists were running around, congratulating each other because of their sucess. The new Rayquaza clone was curled up, covered in wires and pipes, inside a murky liquid that allowed it to breath even though it looked like if it was going to drown...he opened his eyes, locked inside the giant aquarium-like container.
The leader of the lab, which everyone simply called "Doctor," was watching from a separate closed room from above, smiling with joy as he saw his creation come to life, then he told one of the operators to turn on the switch, but a switch to what? So the operator turned on the switch, and suddenly the Rayquaza began roaring and screaching with pain as shocks of electricity began running through his body, until it got free of the wires, the tubes, and broke through the container, but it wasn't a Rayquaza any more, it was a human...a human that the Docter called Ray.
The Lab had been doing illegal cloning and fusing with the pokemon, they had began fusing the pokemon DNA with human DNA, and their first sucess had been the one they call Ray, the shiny blue Rayquaza pokemorph...

One day as they were expirementing with Ray, trying to make him eat although he continued refusing, so they shot electricity through his body if he ever refused their commands, something exploded in one of their smaller labs, Ray knew this was his chance to escape so he changed into his Rayquaza form, and escaped, but not without a fight, and a fight that soon erased his memories from everything except for his name and what he was...the scientists continue to look for him even now.
So that was the background of the whole 'lab' thing, and the background of Ray, though not in detail. This is the plot:
Plot:
The Torcatatian, a secret laboratory which specializes in cloning, is looking desperatly for their first runaway Pokemon clone, or their first Pokemorph clone. Not only had they created a Rayquaza clone, but they had also begun expirimenting and creating other Legendary clones, including Articuno (Female), Moltres (Male), Suicune (Female), Entei (Male), Kyogre (Male), Jirachi (Female), Cresselia (female), and finally Giratina (Male), all 'Shiny' unique Pokemorphs.
But some of their Pokemorphs have escaped, Ray, the Rayquaza, was the first, Cune, the Suicune, was the second, Achi, the Jirachi, was the third, and Giero, the Giratina, the fourth. So the scientists had begun to try to contain their other sucessful expriements in close watch, but they may have a chance of escaping soon.
Not only has the group of scientists tried to hunt down their expiriments, but trainers, and the other four teams, Rocket, Galactic, Magma, and Aqua, have begun to hunt them down after word of 'shiny' legendaries have appeared through thin air, but none knowing that they were clones, or even that they could all change into humans.
Who's side are you on?
-Are you one of the runaway experiments, wanting to be free?
-Are you one of the contained experiments, trying to escape?
-Are you a member of Torcatatian, trying to get back their experiments?
-Are you a member of another team, trying to get their hands on the clones for their own greedy purposes?
-Or are you a trainer trying to catch the legendaries to become the best of the best?

Setting:
This roleplay takes place in a Mahogany Town, in the Jhoto Region (which word of the other regions have already spread, so there are people from every region here.)
The town is sprawling with trainers trying to find out if the rumors are true, ocassionally spotting a great flying dragon in the air, and all with hopes rising. Not too far away from the town, there is a tall cliff, one in which the Rayquaza Clone, Ray, lives in. All around the cliff it has a beautiful meadow at the foot, and as it goes deeper, it grows into a lush forest, full of every pokemon imaginable, and every berry as well. There are caves, and small lakes and ponds scattered around the forest, but one lake has an underwater passage that leads through the middle of the cliff into a cave found all the way on the top of the cliff. On the cliff top, is a cave, and in the cave, a huge wonderful and old cave, with a lake in the middle of it, in which the under-water passage happens to follow it into. This is Ray's layer.
